Shinwari Mutton Karahi

  • Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
  • Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Mutton mix boti ½ kg
  • Cooking oil ½ Cup
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) peeled 250 gms
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
  • Hari mirch (Green chilies) 5-6
  • Adrak (Ginger) julienne
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)


In wok,add water,garlic paste and mix well.

Add mutton mix boti and mix well until changes color.

Cover and cook on medium low flame for 20-25 minutes then cook on high flame for 8-10 minutes.

Add cooking oil,mix well for 2 minutes and cook on high flame until oil separates.

Add tomatoes (cut in two halves),cover and cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft.

Mix well and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper crushed,mix well and cook until oil separates.

Add green chilies and mix.

Add ginger,fresh coriander & serve.
