Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 1/3 cup
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2
- Chicken qeema (Mince) 1/2 kg
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1/2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/2 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 large
- Anda (Eggs) 4
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs or as required
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
In a pot,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
Add green chilies and mix well.
Add chicken mince and mix well until changes color.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add red chili powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,black pepper crushed,garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
Add tomato,mix well,cover and cook until tomatoes are soft then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Add eggs and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add fresh coriander and mix well.
Add fresh coriander & serve!

Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Chicken qeema shamil karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.
Lal mirch powder,dhania powder,haldee powder,kali mirch crushes,garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tamatar dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
Anday shamil karein aur 2 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara dhanai dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
