Ingredients:
-Chicken Fillet 300g
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Dried Thyme ½ tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Dried rosemary ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) or Almond Flour ½ Cup or as required
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 1 & ½ tbs
-Olive oil 2-3 tbs
-Fresh thyme 2-3 sprigs
-Rosemary 1-2 sprigs
Prepare Sun-dried Tomato Cream Sauce
-Olive oil 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 4 cloves
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 small
-Sundried tomatoes roughly cut ⅓ Cup
-Chicken stock ¾ Cup (1 & ½ Chicken Cube dissolved in ¾ cup of hot water)
-Cream 200ml
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Parmesan cheese (Fresh) grated 2-3 tbs (Optional)
-Cherry tomatoes (Halved) 4-5
Assembling:
-Fettuccine 150g (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)
-Baby Spinach sauteed
-Cherry tomato as required
-Podina (Mint leaves) as required
-Garlic bread
Direction:
-In a bowl, add chicken fillets, red chilli crushed, onion powder, thyme, chicken powder, garlic powder, rosemary, pink salt, black pepper crushed, olive oil, apply evenly & marinade for 15 minutes.
-In another flat bowl, add all-purpose flour or almond flour, coat marinated chicken fillets properly with flour.
-In a cast-iron pan, add olive oil, butter, let it melt & heat it.
-Add fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, let the flavor infuse for a minute.
-Add coated chicken fillet, grill for 2 minutes each side until crust forms.
-Cover & let it cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame, then remove cover, continue cooking on high flame for 2 minutes, turn side in between.
Prepare Sun-dried Tomato Cream Sauce:
-In a pan, add olive oil & heat it.
-Add garlic, fry until fragrant, add onion, sauté until translucent.
-Add sun-dried tomatoes, chicken stock, & mix well.
-Add cream, black pepper crushed, pink salt, fresh parmesan cheese, mix well, cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens, add cherry tomato, mix well, Sun-dried Tomato Cream Sauce is ready, set aside.
-On a cutting board, place cooked Tuscan chicken fillet, cut in slices.
Assembling:
-In a serving bowl, add boiled fettuccine pasta, sautéed spinach, Tuscan chicken slices, prepared sauce, garnish with cherry tomato, basil leaves, serve with garlic bread!

-Ek bowl mein chicken fillets, crushed lal mirch, onion powder, thyme, chicken powder, garlic powder, rosemary, pink salt, crushed kali mirch aur olive oil dalein, achi tarah coat karen aur 15 minutes ke liye marinate karen.
-Ek doosray flat bowl mein maida ya almond flour dalein aur marinated chicken fillets ko achi tarah coat karlen.
-Cast-iron pan mein olive oil aur butter dalein aur melt kar ke garam karen.
-Fresh thyme aur fresh rosemary dalein aur ek minute tak flavor infuse hone den.
-Coated chicken fillet dalein aur har side se 2 minutes grill karen jab tak crust ban jaye.
-Dhak kar halki aanch par 4-5 minutes pakaen, phir dhakkan hata kar high aanch par 2 minutes aur pakaen, beech mein side change karte rahen.-
Prepare Sun-dried Tomato Cream Sauce:
Ek pan mein olive oil dalein aur garam karen.
-Lehsan dalein aur fry karen jab tak khushboo aa jaye, phir pyaz dalein aur sauté karen jab tak transparent ho jaye.
-Sun-dried tomatoes aur chicken stock dalein, mix karen.
-Cream, crushed kali mirch, pink salt aur fresh parmesan cheese dalein, mix karen aur medium aanch par 2-3 minutes pakaen ya jab tak sauce gaadha ho jaye, phir cherry tomato dalein aur mix karen, sauce ready hai, side par rakh den.
-Cutting board par cooked Tuscan chicken fillet rakh kar slices mein cut karlen.
Assembling:
-Serving bowl mein boiled fettuccine pasta dalein, sautéed palak, Tuscan chicken slices aur prepared sauce dalein.
-Cherry tomato aur basil leaves se garnish karen aur garlic bread ke sath serve karen!
