Ingredients:

Prepare Chicken Filling:

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Chicken qeema (Mince) 400g

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp

-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs

-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs

-Pizza sauce ½ Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup

-Dried oregano 1 tsp

-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 100g

-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 80g

Prepare Pizza Dough:

-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tsp

-Warm water 1 Cup or as required

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups

-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Dried oregano 1 tsp

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) as required

-Olive oil ½ Cup or as required

-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required

-Dried oregano ½ tsp or as required

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp or as required

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp

 

Directions:

Prepare Chicken Filling:

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken mince,ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

-Add tikka masala,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.

-Let it cool.

-Add pizza sauce,capsicum,onion,dried oregano,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Pizza Dough:

-In a bowl,add instant yeast,caster sugar,warm water & mix well,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.

-Add all-purpose flour,pink salt,dried oregano,cooking oil,mix well & knead until dough is formed.

-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.

-Gradually sprinkle dry flour & knead until dough is smooth.

-Take a dough ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.

-Cut out 4” round dough with the help of round cutter (30g each).

-Add prepared chicken filling (1 tbs),apply water on the edges & seal properly to make a dough ball  (makes 28-30).

-Dip each stuffed dough ball in olive oil & place them in a cast iron skillet,cover & let them rest for 15 minutes or until double in size.

-Add mozzarella cheese,sprinkle dried oregano,red chilli crushed & garlic.

Option # 1: Baking

-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes (on lower grill) & 5 minutes on both grills.

Option # 2: Air fryer

-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 140C for 10-12 minutes.

-Serve with tomato ketchup!
