Ingredients:
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 250g
- Lemon ½ kg
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tbs
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tbs
- Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tbs
- Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 tsp
- Raidana (Mustard seeds) ½ tbs
- Meethi dana (Fenugreek seeds) 1 tsp
- Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) 750 ml
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp
- Kalonji (Nigella seeds) 1 tsp
Directions:
Wash green chillies and lemon thoroughly 2-3 times,pat dry completely and slit green chillies from the center.
In bowl,add salt,turmeric powder and mix well.
In green chillies,add half quantity of salt+tumeric powder,mix well & set aside.
Cut lemon into slices and add remaining quantity of salt+tumeric powder,mix well & set aside.
In dry & clean jar,add green chillies,lemon slices & cover tightly and keep in sunlight for 4 days (keep shaking in between).
Open lid then strain lemon & green chilli mixture.
In jar,again add lemon & green chilli mixture & set aside.
In frying pan,add fennel seeds,carom seeds,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds and dry roast until fragrant.
Let it cool and crush slightly with mortal & pestle.
In wok,add mustard oil and bring it to smoke & let it cool.
In lemon & green chilli mixture,add roasted & crushed spices,red chilli powder,nigella seeds,mustard oil and mix well.
Cover tightly and keep in sunlight for 4 days (keep shaking in between).

Directions:
Hari mirch aur lemon ko ache tarhan 2-3 dafa dho ker pat dry ker lein aur hari mirch ka bech mein cut laga lein.
Bowl mein namak aur haldee powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hari mirch mein half quantity namak+haldee powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Lemon ko slices mein cut ker lein aur remaining namak+haldee powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Dry & clean jar mein hari mirch aur lemon slices dal ker lid laga lein aur 4 din kliya sunlight mein rakh dein (bech bech mein shake kertay rahein).
Lid ko khol lein aur lemon & hari mirch ka mixture ko strain ker lein.
Jar mein lemon & hari mirch ka mixture dal dein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein saunf,ajwain,raidana aur meethi dana dal dein aur khushbu anay tak dry roast ker lein.
Thanda ker lein aur mortal & pestle mein slightly crush ker lein.
Karhai mein sarson ka tel dal ker smoke anay tak paka lein & thanda ker lein.
Lemon & hari mirch mixture mein roasted & crushed spices,lal mirch powder,kalonji aur sarson ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lid laga lein aur 4 din kliya sunlight mein rakh dein (bech bech mein shake kertay rahein).
