Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) blanched 3 medium
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) julienne 1 Cup
-Red bell pepper julienne 1 Cup
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Blue band margarine 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) hand chopped 350g
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
-Dried oregano 1 & ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup
-Cream 1/3 Cup
-Spaghetti 250g Boiled as per pack’s instruction
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs

Directions:
-In a blending jar,add tomatoes & blend well to make a puree & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,capsicum,onion,red bell pepper & sauté for 2 minutes & set aside.
-In same wok,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add garlic,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add pureed tomatoes,lemon juice,paprika powder,coriander powder,dried oregano,pink salt,red chilli powder,garlic powder,black pepper crushed,cumin powder & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Add chicken stock,cream,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add spaghetti,sautéed veggies,fresh coriander & give it a good mix.
-Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!
