  • Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs
  • Salami/Sausage chopped ½ Cup
  • Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 2-3 tbs
  • Anday (Eggs) 6
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 2 tbs
  • Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
  • Anday (Eggs)
  • Namak (Salt) to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese grated as required
  • Black olives
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum)


In frying pan,add butter,oil and let it melt,add onion,salami/sausages and fry for 1 minute.

Add tomato and cook for a minute then set aside & let it cool.

In bowl,add eggs and whisk well.

Add salt,black pepper powder,cheddar cheese,green onion leaves,fresh parsley,cooked onion mixture and whisk well.

In ramekins or oven safe bowls,add prepared egg mixture.

In two ramekins,add eggs and sprinkle salt.

Add mozzarella cheese,balck olive and capsicum.

Bake in preheated oven at 160 C for 30 minutes.
