Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Fresh parsley/Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) 3
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In chopper,add chicken boneless cubes and chop well.
In bowl,add chicken mince,paprika powder,garlic powder,salt,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,onion powder,fresh parsley/fresh coriander and mix until well combined.
Add cheddar cheese,mix well & refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In a bowl,add breadcrumbs,dried oregano,paprika powder,shake well & set aside.
In bowl,add eggs,whisk well & set aside.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make a ball (65 gms),coat in breadcrumbs,press and shape into square shape then dip into beaten eggs and again coat in breadcrumbs (makes 8-9).
Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on medium low flame from both sides until golden brown.

Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & 10 minute kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Bowl mein breadcrumbs,dried oregano aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan shake karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Hathon ko oil sa grease karein aur aur mixture ko la ker ball banayein (65 gms) aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker ka square shape mein bana lein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka dubara breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 8-9).
Freezer mein 1 month tak store ker saktay han.
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
