-Olper’s Cream 1 Cup (room temperature)

-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 4

-Olper’s Milk 1 Cup

-Vanilla essence ½ tsp

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

-Instant coffee 1 tsp

-Semi sweetened Dark chocolate/Compound chocolate grated 180g

-Chocolate grated 1 Cup

-Olper’s Cream



-In a saucepan,add cream,egg yolks,milk,vanilla essence,salt & whisk well.

-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Add instant coffee,semi sweetened dark chocolate,turn off the flame & blend well then strain with the help of strainer.

-Pour mixture in serving cups & refrigerate until set (4-6 hours).

-In a bowl,add chocolate & microwave for 1 minute then mix well until smooth.

-Pour melted chocolate in a small plastic/disposable cup,remove excess chocolate & refrigerate until set (1-2 minutes) then repeat chocolate coating,remove excess & refrigerate until set.

-Now carefully cut the sides of plastic cup & remove the chocolate cup.

-In chocolate cup,add cream & garnish on top of prepared chocolate cream pots & serve chilled!
