Chili Mili Wings

Ingredients:

Prepare Chicken Wings:

-Chicken wings with skin 500g

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Mixed herbs 1 tsp

-Mustard powder 1 tbs

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs

-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tsp

Chili Mili Sauce:

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 2 tsp

-Water ⅓ Cup

-Candyland Chili Mili jelly 2 packs

-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs

-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste

 

Direction:

Prepare Chicken Wings:

-Cut chicken wings & add in a bowl.

-Add paprika powder, mixed herbs, mustard powder, pink salt, black pepper powder, cornflour, garlic paste, cooking oil & mix well.

-Marinate for 30 minutes.

-Place marinated wings in an air fryer (Greased) & air fry for 15-20 minutes. (Flip in between)

Chili Mili Sauce:

-In a sauce pan, add butter, cooking oil, let it melt.

-Add garlic, sauté until fragrant, add water, mix well, bring it to simmer.

-Add chili mili jelly, mix well, let it melt on low flame, mix in between.

-Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, red chilli crushed, mix well, add pink salt, cook on low flame for 1 minute.

-In a bowl, add air fried chicken wings, pour some prepared chilli milli sauce, coat well.

-Serve with chilli milli sauce & sour cream!
