  • Beef qeema (Mince) 350g
  • Soy sauce 2 tbs
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
  • Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
  • Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
  • Dried thyme 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Dried parsley 1 tbs
  • Water ¼ Cup or as required
  • Cream 1 Cup
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
  • Water 3-4 tbs or as required
  • Mon Salwa Spring roll leaves 40 leaves (510g)
  • Cooking oil for frying


In a bowl,add beef mince,soy sauce,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated beef,mix well and cook on medium flame until dries up (14-15 minutes) & set aside for later use.

In the same wok,add butter and let it melt.

Add garlic and mix well for a minute.

Add onion and mix well.

Add mushrooms,mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Add dried thyme,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,salt,dried parsley and mix well.

Add water and mix well.

On low flame,add cream and mix well.

Now add cooked mince,mix well & cook for a minute.

Ad fresh coriander and mix well.

Let it cool.

In a small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water and mix well.Flour slurry is ready!

Take spring roll leaves,add prepared creamy mince filling (2-3 tbs),fold over the sides,roll up and apply all-purpose flour slurry.

Prepare the remaining rolls similarly (makes 18-20).

Can be stored for up to 1 month in freezer.

Deep Fry:

In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown & crispy.


Brush oil on beef rolls & bake in preheated oven at 200C for 20-25 minutes (flip in between once after 15 minutes).

Air Fry:

Brush oil on beef rolls & air fry in preheated air fry at 200C for 12-15 minutes (flip in between once after 6 minutes).
