Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) warm ½ Cup
-Warm water ½ Cup
-Bareek Cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
-Khameer (instant yeast) 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 & ½ Cup
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Bareek Cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) Soft 1-2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tsp
-Dry flour as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Sugar powdered 2 tbs
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Chilled water ½ Cup (add gradually)
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Ice cube 1
-Cooking oil (For frying) as required
-Milk powder ½ Cup
-Sugar powdered ½ Cup
Direction:
-In a bowl, add milk, water, caster sugar, yeast, mix well, cover & rest for 5-10 minutes.
-Remove the cover, add egg, vanilla essence, all-purpose flour (reserve flour for later use) pink salt, & caster sugar.
-Mix well until gluten forms (5-8 minutes).
-Add reserved all-purpose flour, mix well.
-Add butter & knead until dough forms, grease dough with cooking oil.
-Cover & let it proof for 1 hour or until double in size (warm place).
-Now remove the cover, take out the dough from the bowl & place it on the working surface & knead dough again until smooth.
-Take out 65g of dough & make a ball, spread with hands, cut circle from center with the help of (1-inch) cutter & make donut then place on flour-dusted surface.
-Cover with kitchen cloth & let it proof for 15-20 minutes.
-In a bowl, add all purpose flour, cornflour, sugar powder, baking powder, pink salt, chilled water gradually, cooking oil & whisk well.
-Add ice cube, mix well, crispy dipping batter is ready.
-Dip donuts in a batter & add in hot cooking oil (140 °C), fry on low flame until golden & crispy.
-In a bowl, add sugar powder, milk powder, mix well.
-Coat warm donuts with sugar & milk powder mixture & serve!

-Ek bowl mein milk, pani, caster sugar aur yeast dalein, achi tarah mix karen, cover karen aur 5–10 minutes ke liye rest karlen.
-Cover hata kar egg, vanilla essence, all-purpose flour (thora sa baad ke liye reserve karlen), pink salt aur caster sugar dalein.
-Achi tarah mix karen jab tak gluten develop ho jaye (5–8 minutes).
-Reserved all-purpose flour dalein, mix karen, phir achi tarah knead karen jab tak dough ban jaye.
-Cover karen aur 1 ghanta ya jab tak double ho jaye, garam jagah par proof karlen.
-Ab cover hata kar dough bowl se nikal len, working surface par rakh kar dobara knead karen jab tak smooth ho jaye.
-65g dough nikal len, ball bana kar haathon se thora sa spread karen, beech se 1-inch cutter ki madad se circle cut karen aur donut bana kar flour-dusted surface par rakh den.
-Kitchen cloth se cover karen aur 15–20 minutes ke liye proof karlen.
-Ek bowl mein all-purpose flour, cornflour, sugar powder, baking powder aur pink salt dalein, thanda pani thora thora dalte hue whisk karen, phir cooking oil dalein aur achi tarah mix karen.
-Ice cube dalein, mix karen, crispy dipping batter tayar hai.
-Donuts ko batter mein dip karen aur garam cooking oil (140 °C) mein dalein, halki aanch par golden aur crispy hone tak fry karen.
-Ek bowl mein sugar powder aur milk powder dalein, mix karen.
-Garam donuts ko sugar aur milk powder ke mixture mein coat karen aur serve karen!
