Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Beef qeema (Mince) 250g
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
-Matar (Peas) ¼ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) chopped ¼ Cup
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Puff pastry 1 kg
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
-Water 1 tsp
-Safed til (Sesame seeds)
Directions:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add garlic,ginger,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add pink salt,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add tomato,peas,carrot & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
-Dust dry flour,place puff pastry & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut out round shape with the help of a cookie cutter (4 inches).
-Apply water on the edges,add prepared filling (1 tbs),fold in D shape & seal properly.
-Place on baking tray lined with baking paper.
-In a bowl,add egg yolk,water & mix well.
-Apply egg wash & sprinkle sesame seeds (makes 24-26).
Option # 1: Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 20-25 minutes (on both grills with fan).
Option # 2: Air fry
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mic karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pink salt,lal mirch powder,zeera,haldi powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tamatar,matar aur gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Maida chirak dein aur puff pastry rakh ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Cookie cutter (4 inches) ki madad sa round shape cut ker lein.
-Edges per pani laga lein aur tayyar filling (1 tbs) dal ker D shape mein fold ker ka properly seal ker lein.
-Baking tray (lined with baking paper) per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday ki zardi aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Egg wash laga lein aur safedtil chirak dein (makes 24-26).
