Recipe in English
Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1/2 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp
Prepare Dough:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 280g or as required
-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 3 tbs
-Dry flour as required
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tsp
-Chicken 300g (boiled & chopped)
Direction:
-In a spice jar, add all-purpose flour, paprika powder, red chilli crushed, garlic powder, red chilli powder, cover & shake well.
-Special spice mix is ready, set aside.
Prepare Dough:
-In a blending jar, add tomatoes & blend well. Tomato puree is ready. Set aside
-In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, pink salt, clarified butter, and mix well.
-Add tomato puree gradually, mix & knead well until dough is formed, grease dough with clarified butter.
-Cover & rest for 15-20 minutes.
-Remove cover, transfer dough on a working surface & knead dough again until smooth.
-Take 100g of dough, make a smooth ball, dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add clarified butter, sprinkle chopped chicken, press gently & cut into 1 inch strips, & roll.
-Now spread the dough with the help of fingers then roll it with the help of rolling pin.
-On a heated griddle, place rolled dough,add desi ghee & fry from both sides until done (makes 5)
-Serve with green chutney, red chutney, raita & onion rings!

-Special spice mix tayyar hai, side par rakh den.
Prepare Dough:
-Blending jar mein tomatoes dalein & blend karlen. Tomato puree tayyar hai. Side par rakh den.
-Bowl mein whole wheat flour, pink salt, clarified butter dalein aur achi tarah mix karlen.
-Tomato puree thori thori dalein, mix karen & achi tarah gundh kar dough bana len, phir dough ko clarified butter se grease karen.
-Cover karen aur 15-20 minutes ke liye rest karne den.
-Cover hata kar dough ko working surface par transfer karen aur dobara achi tarah gundh kar smooth karlen.
-100g dough lein, smooth ball bana len, dry flour se dust karen aur rolling pin ki madad se bel len.
-Clarified butter lagayen, chopped chicken sprinkle karen, halki si press karen aur 1 inch strips mein cut karke roll karlen.
-Ab dough ko ungliyon ki madad se phailayen phir rolling pin se dobara bel len.
-Garam taway par rolled dough rakh den, desi ghee dalein aur dono taraf se fry karlen jab tak tayyar ho jaye (5 ban jate hain).
-Green chutney, red chutney, raita aur onion rings ke sath serve karen!
