Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 250g
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 2-3 tbs
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 pinch
-Laung powder (Cloves powder) 1 pinch
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
-Tahini paste 2 tbs
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Prepare Humus:
-Chanay (Chickpeas) soaked & boiled 1 Cup
-Tahini paste 3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Ice cubes 2
-Water 1-2 tbs or as required
Prepare Tortilla Cups:
-Tortilla large 5
Assembling:
-Pickled cucumber chopped
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Chicken:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,yogurt,tomato paste,lemon juice,garlic powder,pink salt,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder,onion powder,cinnamon powder,clove powder & mix well.
-Turn on the flame,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,tahini paste,lemon juice,garlic,paprika powder,pink salt,whisk well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Prepare Humus:
-In a chopper,add chickpea,tahini paste,garlic,lemon juice,olive oil,pink salt,ice cubes & chop well, gradually add water,chop well until smooth & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Prepare Tortilla Cups:
-Cut tortilla with the help of 4.5 inch round cutter & apply water.
-Place circles in a cupcake tray & bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 5-6 minutes.
-Let them cool (makes 25).
Assembling:
-In each tortilla cup,add add prepared humus,cooked chicken,yogurt sauce,pickled cucumber,tomato, onion,fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
Prepare Chicken:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil, chicken, yogurt, tomato paste, lemon juice, garlic powder, pink salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, onion powder, cinnamon powder aur clove powder daal kar achi tarah mix karein.
-Flame on karein, 2-3 minutes tak cook karein, phir cover karke medium flame par 4-5 minutes tak pakaein.
-Ab high flame par cook karein jab tak pani dry ho jaye aur side par rakh dein.
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
-Ek bowl mein yogurt, tahini paste, lemon juice, garlic, paprika powder, pink salt daal kar whisk karein.
-Squeeze bottle mein transfer karein aur set aside karein.
Prepare Humus:
-Chopper mein chickpeas, tahini paste, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, pink salt aur ice cubes daal kar chop karein.
-Dheere dheere pani add karte hue smooth paste bana lein aur squeeze bottle mein transfer karein.
Prepare Tortilla Cups:
-Tortilla ko 4.5 inch round cutter se cut karein aur thoda pani laga dein.
-Cupcake tray mein circles place karein aur preheated oven (180°C) mein 5-6 minutes bake karein.
-Thanda hone dein (makes 25 cups).
Assembling:
-Har tortilla cup mein pehle hummus daalein, phir cooked chicken, yogurt sauce, pickled cucumber, tomato, onion aur fresh coriander daal kar serve karein!
