  • Keri (Raw mangoes) 4 medium
  • Water 2 & ½ Cups
  • Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
  • Kala namak (Black salt) 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
  • Sugar 4-5 tbs or to taste


  • Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar)
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder)
  • Lemon
  • Podina (Mint leaves) 3-4
  • Adrak (Ginger) slices 2
  • Prepared raw mango concentrate 2-3 tbs
  • Ice cubes
  • 7up


Peel raw mangoes then cut into chunks & set aside.

In a saucepan,add water,cumin powder,black salt,black pepper powder,sugar,raw mango chunks,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame until tender (approx. 25-30 minutes).

Turn off the flame and blend well with the help of hand blender & let it cool.

Raw mango concentrate can be stored in an airtight container/jar for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.


On a plate,add caster sugar,red chilli powder and mix well.

Apply lemon on the rim of serving glass & invert it on sugar & red chilli powder mixture.

Add mint leaves,ginger & crush well with kitchen pounder.

Add prepared raw mango puree,ice cubes,7up & stir.

Garnish with raw mango slices & serve!
