Ingredients:
- Khoya crumbled 2 Cups
- Cream ½ Cup
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
- Cheeni (Sugar) powdered ½ Cup or to taste
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped 1 tbs
- Pista (Pistachio) chopped 1 tbs
Directions:
In bowl,add khoya and mix well until smooth & set aside.
In non-stick wok,add cream and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Add khoya and cook on low flame for 15 minutes or until it leave the sides of the wok and mix well continuously.
Let it cool down completely.
Add cardamom powder,sugar and mix until well combined.
Add cashew nuts,pistachio and give it a good mix & refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture make ladu of equal sizes.
Garnish with pistachio & serve!

Bowl mein khoya dal dein aur smooth hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Non-stick karhai mein cream dal dein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Khoya dal dein aur halki ancch per 15 minutes ya karhai ki sides chornay tak paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
Thanda ker lein.
Elaichi powder aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kaju aur pista dal ker mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka ladu tayyar ker lein.
Pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
