Grate potatoes and onion with grater (or cheese grater). And put them in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. Drain water from potatoes and put them in a cheesecloth and drain off excess water.
In a separate bowl, add flour, egg, salt, black pepper, red chili and mix well, grated potato and onion mix in the bowl and mix well.
In a frying pan on low medium heat, add dumpling size of potato mix and spread gently with spatula. Fry both sides until golden brown and dish out.
Serve with fried egg or sour cream or boiled eggs or just with ketchup.

Aalo aur pyaz ko cheel kar, kadu kash kar k eek pani ke bowl main 5 minutes keliye rakh den. Pani niikal den aur ek mulmul ke kapre main aalo aur pyaz ko daalain aura chi tarah press karke pani nikal kar khushk karden.
Ek bowl main, maida, anda, namak, lal mirch, kali mirch shamil kar kea chi tarah mix kar lainaur khushk kiye hue aalo us main shamil kar dain. Achi tarah mix Karen.
Ek frying pan main, oil garam Karen. Chamach ki madad se mixture shamil Karen aur thora phela dain. Halki aanch par dono sides ko fry kar lain.
Tayar pancakes ko fry ande, sour cream, ketchup ya boil ande ke sath serve karain.
