  • Mutton chops 1 kg
  • Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
  • Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 tbs
  • Prepare Masala Imli Chutney:
  • Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 Cup
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 4-5 tbs
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
  • Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste


In a bowl,add mutton chops,salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 4-6 hours in refrigerator.

Thread marinated chops in skewers.

Put skewers on (burning charcoal) bbq grill and grill/pan from all sides until done & brush oil in between.

Prepare Masala Imli Chutney:

In a bowl,add tamarind pulp,onion,red chilli crushed,black salt,cumin seeds,salt & whisk well.

Serve chops with chutney!
