Ingredients:

Prepare Balochi Spice Mix:

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tbs

-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tbs

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs

-Chaat masala 1 tsp

-Karahi masala 1 tbs

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs

-Garam masala powder ½ tsp

-Mutton mix boti 750g

-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium

-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

-Water 1 & ½ Cup

-Cooking oil 5-6 tbs

-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 2 & ½ tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 3 tbs

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 10-12

-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs

Prepare Dahi Kachomar Salad:

-Kheera (Cucumber) chopped 1 medium

-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2-3

-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

-Lemon juice

 

Directions:

Prepare Spice Mix:

-In a bowl,add cumin seeds,coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,chaat masala,karahi masala,black pepper powder,dried fenugreek leaves,garam masala powder & mix well.Balcohi spice mix is ready!

-In a pressure cooker,add mutton mix boti,tomatoes,salt,water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover and pressure cook on medium flame until 90% done (12-15 minutes) then cook on high flame until water is reduced & set aside.

-In a wok,add cooking oil and heat it.

-Add ginger,garlic and sauté until light golden.

-Add cooked mutton and mix well.

-Slit green chillies from center,add in wok,mix well & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.

-Add balochi spice mix 3-4 tbs,lemon,cover & simmer on low flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Garnish with fresh coriander,add lemon juice,serve with dahi kachomar salad & naan!

Prepare Dahi Kachomar Salad:

-In a bowl,add cucumber,tomatoes,onion,green chillies and mix well.

-Add yogurt,balochi spice mix 2 tsp & mix well.

-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
