Ingredients:
Prepare Biftekia Kabab:
-Qeema (Beef mince) 750g
-Pyaz (Onion) grated & squeezed 2 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Lemon zest 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Thyme (Dried) ½ tsp
-Breadcrumbs 4 tbs
-Fresh parsley (chopped) handful
-Mozzarella cheese cube 8g
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Prepare Spicy Potato Wedges:
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Aalo (Potato wedges) boiled 2 large
-Paprika powder 1 pinch
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 pinch
-Paprika powder 1 pinch
-Fresh parsley 1 tsp
Direction:
Prepare Biftekia Kabab:
-In a bowl, add beef mince, onion, garlic, lemon zest, egg, red chilli crushed, oregano, pink salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, thyme, bread crumbs, fresh parsley & mix well.
-Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour
-Remove the cover, take 80g of patty mixture & flatten it, stuff mozzarella cheese cubes & make patty.
-In a pan, add cooking oil & spread it with the help of a brush then heat it, add prepared kabab, fry on medium flame until golden from both sides. (Makes: 10 )
Prepare Spicy Potato Wedges:
-In the same pan, add butter, let it melt & heat it, add garlic, mix well until fragrant.
-Add boiled potato wedges, sprinkle some paprika powder, pink salt, fresh parsley, cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Change the sides, sprinkle black pepper powder, paprika powder, fresh parsley, mix well, cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Serve kabab with salad and prepared spicy potato wedges.

-Achi tarah mix karen.
-Cover kar ke 1 ghante ke liye refrigerator mein rakh den.
-Dhakkan hata kar 80g patty mixture lein aur flatten karen.
-Mozzarella cheese cubes stuffing ke taur par rakh kar patty bana len.
-Ek pan mein cooking oil dalein aur brush ki madad se spread kar len, phir garam karen.
-Prepared kabab dalein aur medium aanch par dono taraf se golden hone tak fry karen.
Prepare Spicy Potato Wedges:
-Isi pan mein butter dalein, melt hone den aur garam karen.
-Lehsan dalein aur khushboo anay tak mix karen.
-Boiled potato wedges dalein.
-Paprika powder, pink salt aur fresh parsley sprinkle karen aur medium aanch par 1 minute pakaen.
-Sides change karen.
-Kali mirch powder, paprika powder aur fresh parsley sprinkle karen.
-Mix karen aur medium aanch par 1-2 minutes aur pakaen.
-Kabab ko salad aur prepared spicy potato wedges ke sath serve karen.
