Ingredients:
Prepare Spicy Mayo:
-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup
-Sriracha sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Rice vinegar 1 tsp
-Cream 2 tbs
-Honey 1 tsp
-Water 1 tbs
Prepare Karaage Chicken (Japanese Fried Chicken):
-Boneless chicken 500g
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Rice vinegar 1 tbs
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
-Maida (all-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Cornflour ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¼ Cup
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Dalda cooking oil for frying
Assembling:
-Cooked rice
-Band gobhi (cabbage) shredded
-Hot sauce
-Hara pyaz (spring onion) leaves
-Lemon
Direction:
Prepare Spicy Mayo:
-In a bowl, add mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, cream, honey, water, whisk until well combined, spicy mayo is ready, transfer it to a piping bag.
Prepare Karaage Chicken (Japanese Fried Chicken):
-In a bowl, add boneless chicken, black pepper crushed, pink salt, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, mix well.
-Cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-Remove the cover, add all-purpose flour, egg, mix well.
-In another bowl, add cornflour, all-purpose flour, pink salt, whisk well.
-Take marinated chicken pieces & gently coat with flour mixture.
-In a wok, add cooking & heat it. Add coated chicken & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Assembling:
-In a serving bowl add cooked rice, cabbage, karaage chicken, hot sauce, prepared spicy mayo & serve!
