Ingredients:
Prepare Tandoori Fish:
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Orange food color ¼ tsp
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Besan (Gram flour) 2 tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp
-Heera machli (Red snapper) boneless fillet or you can use any boneless fish of your choice 500g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal)
Prepare Tandoori Yogurt Sauce:
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
-Sugar 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
Prepare Zeera Lemon Rice:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Chawal (Rice) sella 2 Cups (boiled with salt)
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Lemon zest 1 & ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Kheera (Cucumber) sliced
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Podina raita
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Tandoori Fish:
-In a bowl,add red chilli powder,pink salt,turmeric powder,tikka masala,coriander powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,orange food color,garam masala powder & mix well.Tandoori spice mix is ready!
-Take out 1 tsp tandoori spice mix for later use.
-Add gram flour & dried fenugreek leaves,mix well & set aside.
-Cut fish into cubes & add in a bowl,add prepared tandoori spice mix,cooking oil,lemon juice & mix well, cover & marinate for 10 minutes.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil & pan sear marinated fish on medium low flame from all sides until golden crust is formed.
-Give coal smoke for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Tandoori Yogurt Sauce:
-In a tadka pan,add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add reserved tandoori spice mix (1 tsp),corinader powder,turn off the flame & mix well.
-In a bowl,add yogurt,prepared tadka,sugar,lemon juice & whisk well.Tandoori yogurt sauce is ready!
-Transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Prepare Zeera Lemon Rice:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds & fry for 30 seconds.
-Add boiled rice & mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add lemon zest,fresh coriander,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute.
-In a serving bowl,add zeera lemon rice,tandoori fish,cucumber,onion,podina raita,tandoori yogurt sauce,fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
Prepare Tandoori Fish:
-Ek bowl mein red chilli powder, pink salt, haldi, tikka masala, dhania powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, orange food color aur garam masala powder dal kar mix karein. Tandoori spice mix tayar hai!
-1 tsp tandoori spice mix nikal kar side par rakh lein.
-Ab isme besan aur kasuri methi dal kar mix karein aur set aside kar dein.
-Fish ko cubes mein cut karein aur ek bowl mein dal kar prepared tandoori spice mix, cooking oil aur lemon juice add karke ache se mix karein. Cover karke 10 minutes marinate hone dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal kar darmiyani halki ancch par marinated fish ko dono sides se golden crust ajanay tak pan sear karein.
-Phir isay 1-2 minutes coal smoke dein aur side par rakh dein.
Prepare Tandoori Yogurt Sauce:
-Tadka pan mein cooking oil dal kar heat karein.
-Reserved tandoori spice mix (1 tsp) aur dhania powder dal kar flame off karein aur mix karein.
-Ek bowl mein yogurt, yeh tadka, cheeni aur lemon juice dal kar whisk karein.
-Sauce tayar hai! Squeeze bottle mein transfer karein.
Prepare Zeera Lemon Rice:
-Wok mein cooking oil dal kar jeera 30 seconds ke liye fry karein.
-Boiled chawal dal kar mix karein.
-Kali mirch crushed, red chilli crushed, chicken powder aur lemon juice dal kar mix karein.
-Ab isme lemon zest aur hara dhania dal kar high flame par 1 minute cook karein.
-Serving bowl mein pehle zeera lemon rice dalen.
-Upar se tandoori fish, cucumber, pyaz, podina raita, tandoori yogurt sauce aur hara dhania dal kar serve karein.
