Ingredients:
-Aam (Mangoes) 4
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1tsp
-Saunf (Fennel Seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Podina (Mint leaves) dried ½ tsp
-Honey as required
-Lemon juice as required
Directions:
-Cut the mangoes with skin in a grid pattern.
-In a plate,add kashmiri red chilli powder,saunf powder,chaat masala,black salt,red chilli powder,pink salt,dried mint powder & mix well.
-Brush honey on mangoes, squeeze lemon juice & coat with prepared spice mix.
-Open like ribs & serve!

-Aam ko skin ka saath grid pattern mein cut ker lein.
-Ek plate mein kashmiri lal mirch powder,saunf powder,chaat masala,kala namak,lal mirch powder,pink salt aur dried podina dal kar achi tarah mix kar lein.
-Aam per honey brush ker ka lemon juice dal dein aur tayyar spice mix sa achi tarhan coat ker lein.
-Aam ko ribs ki tarhan khol ke serve karein.
