Mango Frooti

Ingredients:

-Aam (Mango) cubes 4 large

-Keri (Raw mango) cubes 2 small

-Water 1 & ½ Cup

-Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste

-Lemon juice 2 tbs or to taste

-Yellow food color few drops (optional)

-Chilled water 4 Cups

-Ice crushed as required

-Podina (Mint leaves)

 

Directions:

-In a saucepan,add mango,raw mango,water,mix well,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes,cover & cook for 4-5 minutes.

-Let it cool at room temperature.

-In a blending jug,add mango mixture,sugar,lemon juice,yellow food color & blend well then strain with the help of strainer.

-Gradually add chilled water & mix well (yield: 1.5 litres).

-In a serving glass,add ice,mango frooti,garnish with mint leaves & serve chilled!
