Ingredients:
- Peaches 1 & ½ cups (cubed)
- Sugar ½ cup or taste
- Lemon zest 1 tbs (1 lemon)
- Water 2 cups
- Cold water 2 cups
- Lemon juice ½ cup
- Garnishing:
- Lemon slices as required
- Peach slices as required
- Mint leaves as required
Directions:
In sauce pan,add peaches,sugar,lemon zest and water,cook on lower flame until peaches soft
(Approx. 8-10mins).
When peaches are very soft, mash them with a masher.
Let mixture simmer until it thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Strain the peach syrup mixture into a bowl and discard the solids.
Refrigerate until chilled.
In serving glass, add peach and lemon slices, pour peach mixture, cold water and lemon juice.
Add mint leaves and stir well.
Serve chilled.

Jab peaches naram ho jayein tou masher sa mash ker lein.
Mixture ko halki ancch per thora garha hunay tak paka lein.
Chulhay sa utar ker thanda ker lein.
Peach syrup mixture ko bowl mein strain ker lein aur solids ko discard ker dein.
Refrigerate mein thanda ker lein.
Serving glass mein peach aur lemon slices,peach mixture,thanda pani aur lemon juice dal dein.
Mint leaves dal ker mix ker lein.
Thanda serve karein.
