Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger Garlic paste) ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Chicken qeema (Mince) hand chopped 150g
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp substitute: Paprika powder
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 small
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Paneer (Cottage cheese) 120g
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-On a griddle,add cooking oil,ginger garlic paste & sauté until fragrant.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté for a minute.
-Add cumin seeds,mix well & cook until golden brown.
-Add chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,Kashmiri red chilli powder,red chilli powder,chicken powder,cumin powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add tomato & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add pink salt & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add cottage cheese,mix & mash well.
-Add cooking oil & mix well.
-Add red chilli crushed,dried fenugreek leaves,green chilli,fresh coriander,cover & cook on low flame for 30 seconds.
-Serve with paratha & tea!

-Ab onion daal kar mix karen aur 1 minute tak sauté karen.
-Zeera dal kar mix karen aur halka golden hone tak cook karen.
-Chicken qeema dal kar achi tarah mix karen jab tak color change ho jaye.
-Thoda sa pani daal kar mix karen.
-Kali mirch crushed, Kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder, chicken powder, cumin powder, coriander powder aur turmeric powder daal kar mix karen aur 1 minute cook karen.
-Phir pani daal kar mix karen.
-Tomato daal kar achi tarah mix karen.
-Thoda aur pani daal kar 1-2 minute cook karen.
-Pink salt daal kar mix karen, dhak kar medium flame par 2 minute cook karen.
-Pani daal kar mix karen.
-Ab cottage cheese daal kar mix aur mash karen.
-Cooking oil daal kar achi tarah mix karen.
-Lal mirch crushed,dried fenugreek leaves, green chilli aur fresh coriander daal kar dhak kar low flame par 30 seconds cook karen.
