Ingredients:

-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese

Vegetable Omelette:

-Pyaz (Onion) ½ small

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1

-Tamatar (Tomato) ½ small

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs

-Anday (Eggs) 2

-Olper’s cream 1 tbs

-Namak (Salt) to taste

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed to taste

-Cooked chicken 3 tbs

-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese 3 tbs

-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese

Spinach & Mushroom Omelette:

-Anday (Eggs) 2

-Olper’s cream 1 tbs

-Namak (Salt) to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste

-Mushrooms chopped 3 tbs

-Palak (Baby spinach) leaves 10-12

-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese 3 tbs

-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed

 

Directions:

-Grate cheddar cheese with the help of grater & set aside.

Vegetable Omelette:

-Chop onion,green chilli,tomato (deseed),fresh coriander then chop altogether & set aside.

-Grease mason jar with cooking oil,add eggs,cream,salt,red chilli crushed & whisk well.

-Add cooked chicken,prepared salsa 3 tbs,cheddar cheese & mix well,cover with lid & can be stored in refrigerator for overnight before cooking.

-Microwave on medium power until done (2 minutes).

-Sprinkle cheddar cheese,prepared salsa & serve hot!

Spinach & Mushroom Omelette:

-Grease mason jar with cooking oil,add eggs,cream,salt,black pepper crushed & whisk well.

-Add mushrooms,baby spinach,cheddar cheese & mix well,cover with lid & can be stored in refrigerator for overnight before cooking.

-Microwave on medium power until done (2 minutes).

-Sprinkle cheddar cheese,black pepper crushed & serve hot!
