Mango Fusion Salad

Ingredients:

  • Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Lemon juice 2 tbs
  • Mango 2 (cubed)
  • Cucumber 1 (cubed)
  • Tomato 1 (cubed)
  • Corn boiled ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves as required (chopped)
  • Honey 1 -2tsp

Directions:

In small bowl, add finely chopped onion and lemon juice, mix well and set aside.

Cut mango, cucumber and tomato into cubes.

In bowl add mango cubes, cucumber cubes and tomato cubes, corn boiled and coriander leaves.

Now add onion influence lemon juice and honey and give it a good mix.

Salad is ready.
