Ingredients:
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Cornflour 1-2 tbs
-Thai red chillies 2-3
-Boneless chicken thighs 400g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tsp (Optional)
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Water chilled 4 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 & ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Honey 3 tbs
-Til (Sesame seeds) ½ tsp
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
-Lemon slices
-Til (Sesame seeds)
Directions:
-In a jug,add lemon juice,soy sauce,water,pink salt,black pepper crushed,cornflour,thai red chillies,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,paprika powder,black pepper crushed,cornflour,all-purpose flour,soy sauce,water,mix well & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & shallow fry on medium flame until golden & crispy & set aside.
-In same frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & fry until fragrant.
-Add prepared sauce,mix well & cook on high flame until it thickens.
-Add fried chicken & mix well.
-Add honey,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute.
-Sprinkle sesame seeds & mix well.
-Garnish with green onion leaves,lemon slices,sesame seeds & serve with noodles,spaghetti or rice!

-Ek jug mein lemon juice,soy sauce,pani,pink salt,kali mirch crushed,cornflour aur thai red chillies dal er achi tarah mix karein aur side par rakh dein.
-Ek bowl mein chicken,adrak lehsan paste,pink salt,paprika powder,kali mirch crushed,cornflour,maida, soy sauce aur pani dal kar mix karein aur 15 minutes kiye marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak shallow fry karein & side par rakh dein.
-Usi frying pan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker khushbu ajanay tak fry ker lein.
-Tayyar sauce dal ker ache sa mix karein aur tez ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Fried chicken dal kar achi tarah mix karein.
-Shadad dal ker ache sa mix karein aur tez ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Til dal ker ache sa mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves,lemon juice aur til dal ker noodles,spaghetti or rice ka saath serve karein!
