Cinnamon Bread Cereal

Bread turned into magic – crispy Cinnamon Bread Cereal that’s as fun to make as it is to eat! Sweet, crunchy, and perfect with milk or just on its own – a bowl that makes mornings extra special!

Ingredients:

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup or as required

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tbs

-Bread slices 12-15

-Chocolate spread as required

-Doodh (Milk) as required

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add caster sugar,cinnamon powder,mix well & set aside.

-Roll out bread slices with the help of rolling pin & trim edges.

-Apply chocolate spread & roll up then cut into bite size (pinwheel shape) & coat well with cinnamon & sugar mixture.

-Place on baking tray lined with baking paper & bake in preheated oven at 160C for 10-15 minutes (on both grills).

-Let them cool at room temperature.

-Store in a tightly covered container in a cool & dry place for up to 2 weeks.

-To serve: Add bread cereal to a bowl along with your favorite choice of milk.
