Ingredients:
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup or as required
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tbs
-Bread slices 12-15
-Chocolate spread as required
-Doodh (Milk) as required
Directions:
-In a bowl,add caster sugar,cinnamon powder,mix well & set aside.
-Roll out bread slices with the help of rolling pin & trim edges.
-Apply chocolate spread & roll up then cut into bite size (pinwheel shape) & coat well with cinnamon & sugar mixture.
-Place on baking tray lined with baking paper & bake in preheated oven at 160C for 10-15 minutes (on both grills).
-Let them cool at room temperature.
-Store in a tightly covered container in a cool & dry place for up to 2 weeks.
-To serve: Add bread cereal to a bowl along with your favorite choice of milk.

-Bowl mein bareek cheeni aur darchini powder dal kar mix karein aur side par rakh dein.
-Bread slices ko rolling pin ki madad se roll karein aur edges trim kar dein.
-Har slice par chocolate spread lagayein,roll karein aur bite size mein cut karein (pinwheel shape) phir cinnamon aur sugar mixture mein coat ker lein.
-Baking tray par baking paper lagayein,pinwheels ko rakh dein aur preheated oven mein 160C per 10-15 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein.
-2 weeks kliya tightly covered container mein dal ker store ker saktay han (cool & dry place).
-To serve: bread cereal aur doodh ko bowl mein dal ker serve karein.
