Ingredients:
-Oranges 7-8
-Cream (Chilled) 400ml
-Condensed milk 1 Cup
-Orange essence ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tsp
-Orange zest ½ tsp
-Orange food color ½ tsp or as required color
-Orange syrup as required
-Orange Garnish as required
-Podina (Mint leaves) as required
Direction:
-Cut the top of the orange, place the strainer in a bowl, remove its pulp to create a clean vessel & squeeze out its juice.
-Place a bowl over ice bed, add cream, beat on high speed for 4-5 minutes or until soft peaks form.
-Add condensed milk, beat for a minute or until well combined.
-Add orange juice (1 Cup), orange essence, lemon juice, & beat for a minute on medium speed.
-Add orange zest, orange food color, beat for 1-2 minutes on medium speed.
-Pour in a loaf pan, add orange syrup (Cook ½ cup orange juice with ½ cup sugar until thickened. Once cooled, your syrup is ready to use) & orange garnish, cover & freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight.

Directions:
-Orange ka upar wala hissa kaat lein, strainer ko bowl par rakh kar andar ka pulp nikaal lein taake ek clean vessel ban jaye & iska juice nikaal lein.
-Baraf par ek bowl rakh kar cream dalein, high speed par 4–5 minutes tak beat karen ya jab tak soft peaks ban jayein.
-Condensed milk dalein, 1 minute tak beat karen ya jab tak achi tarah combine ho jaye.
-Orange juice (1 cup), orange essence, lemon juice dalein & medium speed par 1 minute tak beat karen.
-Orange zest, orange food color dalein, medium speed par 1–2 minutes tak beat karen.
-Mixture ko loaf pan mein pour karen, upar se orange syrup dalein (½ cup orange juice aur ½ cup cheeni ko paka kar thick hone tak pakayein. Thanda hone ke baad syrup use ke liye tayyar hai) & orange se garnish karen, cover karen & 8–10 ghantay ya overnight freeze kar den.
