Ingredients:
-Water 1 Cup
-Instant red jelly 1 pack
Prepare Instant Rabri Doodh:
-Olper’s Milk 2 Cups
-Sugar 3 tbs
-Olper’s cream ¼ Cup
-Cornflour 2 tsp
-Rose syrup 2 tbs
-Tukh malanga (Basil seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
-Water ½ Cup
Assembling:
-Rose syrup to taste
-Coloured vermicelli (Boiled)
-Omore tutti frutti 1 scoop
-Apple as required
-Chikoo (Sapodilla) as required
-Badam (Almonds) as required
-Omore tutti frutti 1 scoop
-Rose syrup as required
Direction:
-In a saucepan, add water, bring it to a boil, add red jelly mixture, mix well.
-Pour it into a flat-bottom bowl, let it set
Prepare Instant Rabri Doodh:
-In a sauce pan, add milk, sugar, cream, cornflour, whisk well.
-Turn on the flame, cook on medium flame until milk thickens, mix in between.
-Turn off the flame, add rose syrup, mix well &
let it cool then chill in the refrigerator.
-In a bowl, add basil seeds, water, mix well, let it soak for 10 minutes.
Assembling:
-In a serving glass add rose syrup, colourful vermicelli, soaked basil seeds, tutti frutti frozen dessert, prepared red jelly, apple, sapodilla, almonds, prepared rabri milk mixture, tutti frutti frozen dessert, garnish with rose syrup, almond, cherry & serve!

-Isay flat bottom bowl mein daal kar set hone den.
Prepare Instant Rabri Doodh:
-Ek saucepan mein doodh, cheeni, cream aur cornflour dalein, achi tarah whisk karen.
-Aanch on karen aur medium flame par pakaen jab tak doodh gaadha ho jaye, beech beech mein mix karte rahen.
-Aanch band karen, rose syrup dalein aur mix karen, phir thanda hone den aur refrigerator mein chill karlen.
-Ek bowl mein tukhm-e-balanga (basil seeds) aur pani dalein, mix karen aur 10 minutes ke liye bhigo kar rakh den.
Assembling:
-Serving glass mein rose syrup dalein, phir colourful seviyan, soaked basil seeds, tutti frutti frozen dessert, prepared red jelly, seb, cheeku aur badam dalein.
-Prepared rabri milk mixture dalein, phir dobara tutti frutti frozen dessert dalein.
-Rose syrup, badam aur cherry se garnish karen aur serve karen!
