Ingredients:
-Omore Caramel Crunch Cone 2
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Dark chocolate chopped 50g
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tsp
-Cocoa powder 2 tbs
-Cornflour 1 tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Whipped cream
-Cocoa powder
Directions:
-Take out caramel crunch ice-cream from cone & add in sauce pan, reserve empty cone for later use.
-Add milk, dark chocolate, caster sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour, cinnamon powder, pink salt, turn on flame, whisk until well combined.
-Cook on medium flame until milk is slightly thicker while mixing continuously.
-Takeout & transfer it to a pouring jug.
-On a cutting board, place reserved empty cone, cut the tip & set aside for garnishing, crush rest of cone & set aside.
-In a serving cup, pour some hot chocolate, garnish with whipped cream, cones tip & crushed cone, sift some cocoa powder & serve!

-Cone se caramel crunch ice-cream nikaal kar sauce pan mein daal dein, empty cone baad mein use karni hai.
-Ab ismein milk, dark chocolate, caster sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour, cinnamon powder aur pink salt daal kar flame on karein, whisk karte hue sab kuch ache se combine kar lein.
-Medium flame par cook karein jab tak milk thoda thick ho jaye (continuously mix karte hue).
-Take out kar ke pouring jug mein transfer kar lein.
-Cutting board par reserved empty cone rakhein, uska tip cut karein (yeh garnish ke liye hai) aur baaki cone crush kar lein.
-Serving cup mein hot chocolate daalein, whipped cream, cone ka tip aur crushed cone se garnish karein, thoda cocoa powder sift karein aur serve karein!
