Caramel Crunch Hot Chocolate Float

Ingredients:

-Omore Caramel Crunch Cone 2

-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups

-Dark chocolate chopped 50g

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tsp

-Cocoa powder 2 tbs

-Cornflour 1 tsp

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Whipped cream

-Cocoa powder

 

Directions:

-Take out caramel crunch ice-cream from cone & add in sauce pan, reserve empty cone for later use.

-Add milk, dark chocolate, caster sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour, cinnamon powder, pink salt, turn on flame, whisk until well combined.

-Cook on medium flame until milk is slightly thicker while mixing continuously.

-Takeout & transfer it to a pouring jug.

-On a cutting board, place reserved empty cone, cut the tip & set aside for garnishing, crush rest of cone & set aside.

-In a serving cup, pour some hot chocolate, garnish with whipped cream, cones tip & crushed cone, sift some cocoa powder & serve!
