Prepare Salad Dressing:

-Olive oil 3-4 tbs

-Lemon juice 2 & ½ tbs

-Honey 1 tbs

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Lemon zest 1 tsp

-Lal lobia (Red kidney beans) boiled 1 & ½ Cup

-Iceberg chopped 1 & ½ Cup

-Red bell pepper diced ½ Cup

-Pyaz (Onion) cubes ½ Cup (washed)

-Kheera (Cucumber) cubes 1 Cup

-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup

-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 1 Cup

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup

-Cottage cheese

-Cherry tomatoes

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed

-Lemon peel



Prepare Salad Dressing:

-In a bowl,add olive oil,lemon juice,honey,black pepper powder,salt,lemon zest,whisk well & set aside.

-In a bowl,add red kidney beans,iceberg,red bell pepper,onion,cucumber,corn kernels,tomatoes, fresh coriander,prepared salad dressing (as required) & mix well.

-Add cottage cheese (grate with the help of grater),cherry tomatoes,fresh coriander,black pepper crushed,lemon peel & serve!
