Prepare Homemade Hot Chocolate Powder:

-Sugar 1 & ½ Cup

-Cocoa powder 1 & ¼ Cup

-Vanilla powder 1 tbs

-Cornflour 2 tsp

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp

-Olper’s Milk powder 2 Cups

-White chocolate ¼ Cup (Refrigerated)

-Dark chocolate ¼ Cup (Refrigerated)

Prepare Hot Chocolate Milk:

-Water ¼ Cup

-Olper’s Milk 2 Cups


-Cocoa powder



Prepare Hot Chocolate Powder:

-In a grinder,ad sugar & grind to make powder.

-On a bowl,place sifter,add powdered sugar,cocoa powder,vanilla powder,cornflour,salt & sift together.

-Add milk powder & mix until well combined.

-Add white chocolate,dark chocolate (grate with the help of grater) & mix well.Homemade hot chocolate powder is ready!

-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month (yield: 800g).

Prepare Hot Chocolate Milk:

-In a saucepan,add water,prepared hot chocolate powder (approx. ¼ Cup),whisk well & bring it to boil.

-Add milk & mix well,bring it to boil & cook for 1-2 minutes.

-Add marshmallows & toast with blow torch.

-Sprinkle cocoa powder & serve!

-Serves 2
