-Corn flakes 1 Cup or as required

-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup

-Paprika powder ½ tsp

-Dried oregano ½ tsp

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Garlic powder ½ tsp

-Water ½ Cup or as required

-Monsalwa Crispy Chicken Burger 4 patties

-Cooking oil for frying

Prepare Fusion Burger Sauce:

-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup

-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs

-Mustard paste 2 tbs

-Pickled jalapeno chopped 2 tbs

-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs

-Namak (Salt) to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp

-Onion powder ½ tsp

-Paprika powder ½ tsp

-Garlic powder 1 tsp


-Burger buns 4

-Cheddar cheese slice

-Tamatar (Tomato) slices

-Iceberg shredded

-Chips or nachos

-Tomato ketchup



-In a zip lock bag,add corn flakes,crush coarsely with the help of hands & take out in a bowl.

-In another bowl,add all-purpose flour,paprika powder,dried oregano,salt,garlic powder,water & whisk well.

-Now dip chicken patty into flour paste & coat with corn flakes.

-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry from both sides until golden & crispy.

Prepare Fusion Burger Sauce:

-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,mustard paste,pickled jalapenos,vinegar,salt,black pepper powder,onion powder,paprika powder,garlic powder & whisk well.


-On a burger bun,add & spread prepared fusion burger sauce,add cheddar cheese slice,fried crispy chicken patty,tomato slices,prepared fusion burger sauce,iceberg,chips,tomato ketchup & top with another burger bun.

-Serve with tomato ketchup & french fries!
